The rising cost of living worldwide is putting a strain on household budgets. Unexpected expenses can quickly become a crisis for many individuals and their families. As a result, households face increasingly limited financial options, and may find themselves turning to short-term solutions with high costs and even higher interest rates. We have partnered with Abhi (YC S21) to launch AbhiSalary, an Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution designed to bring relief to our employees. This innovative service gives our team immediate access to their earned wages, providing a vital lifeline through difficult times. With AbhiSalary, employees can access their salary before payday through the ABHI mobile app, SMS, or WhatsApp, in just 30 seconds, at any time. Initially, employees had to wait for the approval and processing of their advanced salaries which would take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours. To streamline this process, our IT team designed a plan and integrated Abhi into it, reducing the wait time to just a few minutes. Since introducing AbhiSalary, the response has been overwhelming. We are proud to share that 5,488 AGI Denim employees have embraced this solution, with 15,557 transactions processed in June alone. This initiative underscores our commitment to enhancing the financial well-being of our team, fostering a more secure and supportive workplace.

We are excited to share that AGI Denim has received the Diamond Recognition Award – National Category at the 10th Employer of the Year Awards. Organized by the Employers' Federation of Pakistan (EFP) and supported by the International Labour Organization (ILO), this award celebrates our exceptional practices in recruitment, inclusion, and employee development. Organizations were evaluated based on their governance, culture, working conditions, employee development initiatives, and responsible business practices. Companies scoring the highest were given the Diamond Recognition Award. Our dedication to employee well-being has also made us Pakistan's first-ever B Corp certified denim manufacturer. We are honored to be recognized for our commitment to creating a supportive work environment.

We have teamed up with Green Story to measure and share the environmental impact of our jeans with Digital Product Passports accessible via QR codes. Green Story specializes in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), offering comprehensive data on the environmental impact of products across their lifecycle. This partnership enables us to provide transparent, easy-to-understand sustainability data, helping our clients and consumers make informed, eco-conscious choices. Our Digital Product Passports empower brands to meet consumer demand for traceability and prepare for upcoming ESG legislation.

We designed wide-leg pants with reinforced double knee patches, a minimalist workshirt, and an eye-catching inflated hood – all crafted with the quality and innovation that AGI Denim is known for.
