 Includes partnering with corporate Product Quality Surveillance and contact partners to resolve product complaint investigations.
 Responsible for creating a complaint in SAP, and update relevant data with different transitions.
 Takes the lead in performing investigations potentially related to glove manufacturing, processes, Warehouse, Packaging Development and Facility.
 Provide advice, support and training on complaints management to staff.
 Develop and maintain robust systems for ensuring that lessons are learnt from complaints.
 Provide regular reports & conduct MQRM for the senior with regards to complaints management.
 Use the knowledge from complaints and positive outcomes to influence and implement system/Process improvements.
 Maintained MIS & Service Index reports for top management & Board of directors.
 Maintain and schedule audit mechanism & also play important role in audits. (ISO-9001 / ISO-14001 / Food Hygiene Audits. Maintain and provide audit reports to senior management.
 Carryout site regular inspections of complaint handling processes.
 Provides guidance and support concerning compliance with relevant quality and regulatory policies and the development of strategies to improve quality working practices and systems related to product complaints.
 Responsible for KPIs of Quality department and reported action plans to senior manager.
 Responsible for troubleshooting of processes for product compliance with QA department. Show less
