The main purpose of this study is to innovate a nutraceutical cookie which can be beneficial as well as conduct a good taste.The cookies made from beetroot has gives excellent sensory results and consumer acceptability. In beetroot cookies the other things which made them more nutraceutical is the addition of oat flour instead of wheat flour, brown sugar and honey instead of icing sugar and many more.
Furthermore, some people do not like the egg taste or egg smell or simply allergen to egg…The main purpose of this study is to innovate a nutraceutical cookie which can be beneficial as well as conduct a good taste.The cookies made from beetroot has gives excellent sensory results and consumer acceptability. Furthermore, some people do not like the egg taste or egg smell or simply allergen to egg. The study and innovation are conducted by us that in beetroot cookies we replace the egg with flaxseeds. Flaxseeds does not only use in place of egg, also it has more benefits.
