    Imagine your IT team being ahead of issues before they escalate. AIOps can make that possible. Your team is drowning in alerts—so many pings, so little clarity.     What is the Value Hypothesis, and why is it essential to have one? 👇   The Value Hypothesis is an absolute basis for any work on the product, which is supposed to be done with the VSM methodology as a guiding policy. It asserts how a proposed change to a product (or a new product) will deliver value to customers.     This hypothesis evaluates whether the changes or improvements will meet the customer's needs, thereby contributing to the product's overall success. It supports the trend of minor constant refinements to boost the solution's performance.    For instance, a sample hypothesis could be: "By implementing AIOps tools into our IT operations, cost savings shall be greater than 30%, leading to a more efficient resource allocation”.    After creating the hypothesis, you test it through experiments, telling you the market's reaction to the proposed changes. If it's different from what you thought, you are still early enough to suggest something different without losing many resources.     According to VSM Consortium's report [‘The State of Value Stream Management Report 2023’], the highest-performing companies tend to define their Value Hypothesis in the earliest stage of product development - during the market research or business stakeholders meetings. Understanding the value initially lets us organize work around the feature more efficiently, using value stream power.     Any thoughts on this?
