Mental health, physical health, or work-life balance? At ING Hubs Poland we don’t have to choose! 🧡 We created BeWell programme to take care of our employees’ #wellbeing – both at work and in private life. We offer our employees: 👉 a grant programme for: - team sports activities - taking part in competitions - funds and support for implementing own wellbeing ideas and passions (e.g. manual workshops or screening of skin moles using artificial intelligence) 👉 peers support workshops to identify the first signs of a crisis 👉 mental health helpline 👉 dietary and parenting consultations 👉 mindfulness and massages sessions, yoga classes 👉 webinars with psychologists and experts on a variety of topics 👉 and much more! The offer is large and Katarzyna Domańska, Magdalena Jaroszek, Sylwia Dziarmaga, and Katarzyna Słomianny make every effort to adjust it to our employee's needs. 👏 ”At ING Hubs Poland, we focus on wellbeing and health-promoting activities. Our offer is holistic and comprehensive, so that everyone can find something suitable for themselves. We care about mental and physical health as well as work-life balance. Our activities are organised both on site and online so they can be easily accessible by everyone'” – said Katarzyna Domańska, Expert Lead Health, Safety & Wellbeing. Thanks to this approach, we have recently received 2 distinctions that are important for us! 🎉 ➡️ First came from our business partner, Wellbeing Polska - mierzalne programy dla firm who recognised our efforts in wellbeing activities and decided to award us a quality certificate. This appreciation of our contribution to creating a culture of wellbeing and caring for others makes us extremely grateful and proud that our employee orientation makes the difference. ➡️ The other one came from ING, during Global HR Awards 2024 in the category “Wellbeing Advocate”. We were among the finalists, which is a huge success for our programme. This is an appreciation of our holistic approach, impact on the global Vitality programme and business. We’re proud to be among the best employers who focus on the wellbeing of their employees! 🧡🦁 #mentalhealth #worklifebalance #doyourthing

What if music were more accessible? And for everyone - regardless of physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges? That was the goal of #Hack4Music! We helped to create this project as part of the cooperation between NOSPR and the Program CRC. We invited students to our challenge, bright minds, to release their potential and creativity. 😍 We created 4 teams consisting of people who didn’t know each other before. We matched them based on their skills and experience. Thanks Mateusz Sądaj and Kaja Kalmus for being a huge support for us here! ❤ For 2 days, our participants worked on their solutions and prepared to present their ideas to the jury. In this part, we supported the teams with the extensive knowledge of our experts – Lukasz Lenard, Radosław Sitek, Wojciech Herisz, Mateusz Sądaj, Daria Cybulska-Kokoszka. Thank you for your exceptional engagement! 🧡 It’s our pleasure to announce that Hack4Music won the AR Symfonia project by Anna Dudziak, Sylwia Burek and Julia Ziębińska. Congratulations! 👏🥳 The AR Symfonia is a mobile app project that allows us to turn the NOSPR building and the infrastructure around it into instruments using our own phone and headphones. Thanks to this, the tour turns into an interactive sound walk. We’d also like to thank Anna Czardybon-Szymańska and Natalia Papież for organisational support of the event, as well as Aleksandra Czubaszek - Siłuch for joining the jury and taking care of the most important part of projects evaluation - accessibility for everyone. 🧡 Check out the photos from the event taken by Marcin Saltarski & Grzesiek Mart/NOSPR. Have fun! #hackathon #diveristy #inclusion
