Say hi to our new lions who joined us as part of the 3rd edition of the Summer Internship Experience and Risk Hub Summer Internship programmes! 🦁 36 interns joined our orange team, and believe us - the competition was huge. This year we received a record number of 1812 applications! 🌟 The new trainees will develop throughout the summer in a variety of teams in the IT or operational services area, and our experts will share their valuable experience with them. Participation in our internship programmes is: ✅ the best option to gain first work experience. ✅ an opportunity to work in teams such as Project Management, Business Analysis, or People Services ✅ an opportunity to learn complex processes, including how credit risk modelling works ✅ a chance to get a job contract for the best trainees We wish good luck to all our new interns and welcome on board! 🧡  #Internship #Career #Development

As part of the course, students had the opportunity to learn the methods and process of the regulatory and non-regulatory credit risk models development, as well as the methods of their monitoring and validation. The subject matter focused not only on statistical tools and their applications, but also described the entire model life cycle in the bank. 👉 Program CRC - flagship educational programme for students and graduates up to 2 years after graduation. In this year's 11th edition, 146 experts conducted 22 streams on new technologies and soft skills! Once again - thank you for such active cooperation! We look forward to the next academic season! 👏

This week we held the wrap-up meeting of the 11th edition of @Program CRC 🚀 And guess what! We broke our own record – again! 😍 Check out some of ING Hubs Poland numbers in a nutshell: 👉 3125 applications for our streams 👉 22 (!) streams led by 146 experts 👉 1008 students and graduates qualified for our trainings 👉 267 conducted meetings 👉 and we awarded 584 certificates of completion of our courses! What if music were more accessible? And for everyone - regardless of physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges? That was the goal of #Hack4Music! We helped to create this project as part of the cooperation between NOSPR and the Program CRC. We invited students to our challenge, bright minds, to release their potential and creativity. 😍 We created 4 teams consisting of people who didn’t know each other before. We matched them based on their skills and experience. Thanks Mateusz Sądaj and Kaja Kalmus for being a huge support for us here! ❤ For 2 days, our participants worked on their solutions and prepared to present their ideas to the jury. In this part, we supported the teams with the extensive knowledge of our experts – Lukasz Lenard, Radosław Sitek, Wojciech Herisz, Mateusz Sądaj, Daria Cybulska-Kokoszka. Thank you for your exceptional engagement! 🧡 It’s our pleasure to announce that Hack4Music won the AR Symfonia project by Anna Dudziak, Sylwia Burek and Julia Ziębińska. Congratulations! 👏🥳 The AR Symfonia is a mobile app project that allows us to turn the NOSPR building and the infrastructure around it into instruments using our own phone and headphones. Thanks to this, the tour turns into an interactive sound walk.
