We recently had a bright and unforgettable summer corporate party at Plazo Technologies! 🌞   We went out into nature, not far from picturesque Wroclaw, where exciting activities and a lot of positive emotions awaited us.   A wine tasting was organized, where everyone could discover new tastes and aromas. 🍷   The team enthusiastically participated in the quest, which not only tested our ingenuity, but also brought us even closer together. Master classes on weaving bracelets and painting shoppers added a creative touch to our day, allowing everyone to show their individuality and create something special with their own hands. 🎨   The evening continued with fiery dancing to the live music of a cover band and energetic sets of our DJ. The company is starting a PMO process, we’ll tell you what it is and why it’s so important.   Once every six months, Plazo Tehnologies conducts a PMO - summing up professional results, assessing six months of work in the company with the possibility of revising working conditions. Absolutely every employee in the company goes through this process.   Each specialist fills out the Assessment - independently evaluates their work and then receives feedback from their supervisor.
