Hello everyone! 👋 In this post, we would like to share with you our first experience with customer support at Teamvoy. • Customer support from scratch, how was it? 🔍 We can proudly declare that our support system was built from scratch. The first support flows were created by our development team and essential articles were written by the QA team. Back then the customer tickets were stored on the GitLab, after which we slowly started to move to the sheets where similar issues were gathered. The efficiency of the support was ensured by all support members and all members from the engineering team working together, dividing support shifts around the clock. Even if the moments of huge backlog we were able to handle the situation by working together in harmony • Top focus - our customers and data security 🔒   Our top priority for CardB is delivering excellent customer support, which lies at the core of Teamvoy business. From the very beginning of each conversation, our team takes steps to establish rapport, so your experience will be comfortable and respected. Also, we’ve crafted KPIs for our stellar customer support team, and leveraging these, we’ve been able to create a customer-centric culture and drive continuous improvement within our support team. With these solutions, we can keep track of our advancement levels while ensuring structure and meticulousness in every customer interaction.

Teamvoy creates and provides Naming, Logo, Design Guide book, Mobile App, Merchant items, and website for CardB. So “How to create solid fintech branding?” 1. Strong naming The name is one of the main components of the brand. Naming should be concise and memorable. Even better - when the name has a specific concept.  In the case of CardB, the name is a synthesis of the idiom "Plan B" and the word "Card". Thus, the name symbolizes constant availability as a “Plan B” for your daily transactions at millions of locations worldwide. 2. Branding, that represents a solid and safe financial system  It is necessary to understand that when we create branding for the field of finance, we have to work directly with the user's idea of a safe and strong financial environment. In the "CardB" situation, our task was to maintain an ideal balance between a strict banking project and a modern and dynamic design. This is really important since the project is aimed at people who use cryptocurrency services and for whom such a design is familiar. 3. Clear communication  Since the project involves working with personal data and payments, transparent communication with customers is essential. It is important to build the design of the user interface in such a way that at each new step, the user understands why certain data are taken from him and how they will be used. At the same time, a challenge arises: How to squeeze a lot of important information into a minimalist modern design? The answer is simple – beta versions. Using the example of beta versions of the application, we understood which information is mandatory, and which functionality can be removed in the next version.
