A low-performing frontend is not a technical issue but a business issue. ➡️ According to our team's analysis, companies often prioritize adding new features and functionality over optimizing performance in fast-paced frontend development environments. This performance problem can impact product development. And here React Performance Power-Up Sprint comes into play. 𝟮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. To become an AI-first company, you need to create your own AI products. There are no shortcuts here, and there is no need to use a solution others have developed. Many companies don't provide AI, and their actual value will eventually be exposed. That's not the point. ❌ ➡️ First of all – you have to use the data. This is how you power AI. But it has to be your data – not data built on OpenAI, Google, or someone else's. As Matija Cukac from Relay42 said in the latest interview from the "CTO vs Status Quo" series: ❝ If you removed OpenAI from companies built on it, would their products still be AI-driven? The answer is no because they don't use their data or models. ❞ Share your thoughts. #softwaredevelopment #cto #softwaredelivery

Who should make money if AI generates profits? The user who creates the content or the portal that owns it? Yes, data drives the development of AI, but AI drives the profits. We leave this question open. 😉 Although in the new information and news format of the "Taby vs Spacje" podcast, Adam Polak and Andrzej Wysoczański tried to answer them. [link to the episode in comments section] Something new is coming; something good is coming! 🙂 #podcastdevelopment #podcast #tabyvsspacje

In 11 months, the company can introduce an operational process for transaction reconciliation by implementing a data lake on AWS. And earn a $18K grant from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our partner, xpate, had to automate the platform's accounting. 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 Since 2018, xpate's range of services has expanded to include 6 finance-processing tools. But... The company's transaction reconciliation remained a daily chore, requiring manual labor. This work took up valuable time for the team to review transaction records for errors. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 To build the company's first data lake and secure $18,000 of AWS funding for xpate. 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 The platform sources first and third-party data into one dashboard automatically through the data lake, saving dozens of hours in financial reviews. ➕ Client's analysts saved up to 6h+ of work weekly. 💪 ➕ Qualification for the AWS "Proof of Concept" program and a grant for two parts of the projects. PS the key to this cooperation? Merging our team with client's and co-delivering. 😉 #softwaredevelopment #cto #softwaredelivery

Are AI or AI-driven chatbots for every organization? Automation in this direction will only work if you deeply understand your customer's pain points. 🔝 Therefore, the most important thing is to know for what purpose we want to use artificial intelligence and to have an appropriate amount of excellent and shareable data on which AI can act. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗜. Alex de Groot of Trengo told us when AI-driven chatbots will be the best choice: ❝ To sum up, the sheer number of customer interactions, their predictability, and having a skilled in-house engineering team make success with AI chatbots easier. ❞ #softwaredevelopment #cto #softwaredelivery

Continuous improvement based on crowdsourcing is the company's development, which is influenced by the entire team. The leader's role here is to engage people and skillfully turn learning into a team effort. Thanks to this, the position of employees increases, and the entire organization benefits. 🔝 In an interview for the "CTO vs Status Quo" series, Sue Li (SwipeGuide) discussed the idea of crowdsourcing CI. And why it is essential that the team: 🔘 Understand and accept the purpose of your CI strategy. 🔘 Have access to the tools to collect and use knowledge on the job. 🔘 Have time. 🙂 The process will be more effective if employees are treated as partners. #softwaredevelopment #cto #softwaredelivery

Good project management is based on building solid relationships with the team. That's why the Project Manager is such an important team member. And what skills should a good Project Manager have? 🔹 Create and maintain good relationships with team members to achieve project goals. 🔹 Manage changes and risks in the project, including identifying, analyzing, and taking appropriate actions to minimize negative impacts. 🔹 Try to anticipate potential problems and risks in the project and take preventive actions to minimize their impact on the project. 🔹 Manage client expectations, make them aware of the project's possibilities and limitations, and help them define realistic goals. The most important things are communication and team building, which should be at the highest level in teams. Developers and Project Managers should know that they are playing for the same goal and are on the same side because everyone wants to complete the project. #projectmanagment #softwaredevelopment #softwaredelivery

It's not the direct costs of the cloud that are usually a significant percentage of the overall spending. 🔘 The focus should be on the indirect cost of running software in the cloud. But what is this indirect cost? ❝ Is about how much effort you need to put into managing something that's poorly designed. If you have a lot of incidents due to poor infrastructure or capacity, you can destroy your team's productivity. Startups are especially vulnerable to this because they are usually less mature about handling their operations. Needless spending on rollbacks or bug fixing can eat up to 40-50% of your total operational capacity. ❞ Mark Yudin (Insify) proved that you can always overdo it both ways, and we can optimize cloud costs... too much. 😮 ➡️ https://lnkd.in/ePqg3Y3z #softwaredevelopment #cto #softwaredelivery
