To address the shortage of mechanics and electronics specialists in the Western Balkans, we are collaborating with Sida and Helvetas through the RECONOMY program. This initiative will provide vocational training focused on sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions and promote gender equality by integrating youth and women into the labor market. Through this project, young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Serbia will gain essential skills to work with modern, green technologies in the heavy-duty and transport industries. By empowering the youth with high-quality training, we aim to foster economic development and drive the green transition in the region.
