Over 30 years of experience in the international and domestic courier business, starting as a courier, managing many projects including integrations, network planning in Poland and abroad, and ending as COO for UPS Poland. While at MS Stolica, worked almost 13 years with several companies including Oversea Courier Service (Japan), Airborne Express, Fedex (US), Global Distribution Alliance/Aramex (UEA).
In 2005 joined UPS following the acquisition of Stolica. As an Industrial Engineering Manager, I coordinated the integration of the networks, including operational procedures and systems implementation.
Between 2010 and 2011 I had an international assignment in Sweden, as Project Manager for UPS Nordics where I was responsible for the Stockholm parcel center relocation, including the construction process and distribution network realignment.
In 2011 I joined the UPS EMEA Regional team, as Industrial Engineering coordinator for the Kiala integration with UPS. I was responsible for developing processes, procedures and operational training's in FR, BE, NL, ES and UK for Kiala PUDO (access point) network integration with UPS.
2014-2015 I led construction of UPS Poland central sorting facility near Strykow and country distribution network redesign.
Since 2015, as COO, I was responsible for a wide range of UPS operations across Poland including pickup and delivery, transportation, sorting facility, air operations, customs brokerage, and health & safety.
January 2020, I have started cooperation with Last Mile Experts as independent consultant.
Now I’m a Last Mile Experts Vice President and Partner. I have a deep knowledge and understanding of last mile, logistics chains, cost structures and process optimization including specialist PUDO and parcel lockers knowledge.
