More than 2000 registered users. Complete telemedicine tool including mobile applications and community system for patients, families and doctors. Patient was able to record its sugar values, insulin dosages, food, physical activities and stress. Also could gather data about used hardware and medicament, calendar of his visits, share result with parents and doctors.
The platform had simple gamification features.

Group of web based application for biotech catalogs mostly for cancer scientific data

I was responsible for construction of whole page - including archive of all published numbers of Polish Cardiology.

The objectives of this project was to automate analysis heart rate (HR) variability and mortality, to appraise the clinical applicability of traditional and new measures of HR variability and to propose future directions in this field of research.

The project was done inn cooperation with Medical University in Gdansk, Poland which deliver 2000+ HRV recordings with final assessments.
The idea was to build an algorithm and the application that was able to make prognosis for patients with abnormal HR variability before doctor will see the results.
Reduced HR variability has been most commonly associated with a risk of arrhythmic death, but recent data suggest that abnormal variability also predicts vascular causes of death, progression of coronary atherosclerosis and death due to heart failure.
A consensus is also lacking on the best HR variability measure for clinical purposes. Time and frequency domain measures of HR variability have been most commonly used, but recent studies show that new analysis methods based on nonlinear dynamics may be more powerful in terms of risk stratification.
