The study underscored the vital role of work engagement in mediating the relationship between PS and JP, a finding that can inform the development of AI systems aimed at enhancing work productivity. The nuanced understanding of PS acquired through my research could be pivotal in optimizing AI-human interfaces, potentially leading to more effective and intuitive systems. This expertise would be valuable in AI and prompt engineering roles, particularly in tasks involving the alignment of AI functionalities with human behavior to boost work efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Being More Idiographic in the Nomothetic World

    Polish Psychological Bulletin

to how it should develop, either, in the idiographic or nomothetic way. In the course of time, due to a commitment to what was seen as objectivity in science, the nomothetic approach came to dominate psychology. Thus, researchers used mostly quantitative psychometric methods to establish general rules of human behaviour. In doing so, the essence of nomothetic research is to be extremely careful when interpreting results not to make a reasoning mistake such as the ecological fallacy, as may happen when a researcher draws conclusions about nature of the individual in the group based on average results of the whole group. In the article, we presented two methods for longitudinal research designs which address this problem, and give more idiographic information about participants; via the Reliable Change Index and the Modified Brinley Plot. Finally, we provide a IBM SPSS Statistics syntax automatizing the whole process of computation for these new features.

Mathematical assumptions, strengths and weaknesses, a way of interpretation of each indicator have also been presented in the paper. The beneficial results of the review include making more conscious decisions due to getting familiar with using particular indexes in the correct context. SPSS syntax has been prepared with all indexes as a supplement to the article.

The assumptions underlying this type of design as independence of dyad elements and their distinguishability were also elaborated in the article. At the end, limitations of the design as low statistical power and curvilinearity od data are also presented.

The core task was to utilize available data from the damaged spaceship's computer system to predict which passengers were affected by a spacetime anomaly.

To ensure the model's effectiveness, the process involved thorough data preprocessing (addressing missing data, managing outliers, etc.), selecting an optimal classification model, and fine-tuning hyperparameters. Through these steps, I achieved an accuracy score of 0.80523.

This script was developed as a qualifying recruitment task for Coolcode Upskill. The objective was to predict the spectroscopic signal values of sensors for isopropanol and water based on measured characteristics in air using a ML algorithm. Data was sourced from various files, consolidating 10 sensor measurements for air, water, and isopropanol. After ensuring data integrity, the dataset was segmented into test and train subsets. Using linear regression, the independent variable (air) was analyzed against the dependent variables, achieving a model fit with 87.99% explained variance for training and 87.70% for testing. While air was a strong predictor, certain discrepancies were observed in the results, prompting a recommendation to explore non-linear regressions for potential improvements.
