This position offers the coming Content Manager to work on strategic and operational tasks as well as driving key projects in the department and across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Content/Social Media Manager to drive the evolution of our marketing and communication approach and expand continuously our share of voice. You have ability to perform both creatively and analytically. Content Manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing subject matter experts and content teams across the organization, among other tasks.

Key responsibilities :

  • Contribute to conceptualizing, creating, and distributing new messaging and content supporting our corporate strategy, purpose, and brand, including working intensively on social media engagement as well as content creation and planning.
  • Expand the quality and scope of ROCKWOOL’s social media engagement and new content generation for multiple applications and channels.
  • Meaningfully measure impact of digital/social media communications with an eye on generating actionable learnings.
  • Developing and managing content across platforms with subject-matter experts and cross-channel content providers as well as collaborating with ROCKWOOL teams in different regions.
  • Preparing briefs for marketing production teams, campaign plans, Intranet articles, presentations, etc.
  • Deconstructing complex information from the realms of construction, public affairs and policy, and sustainability into compelling social media stories that captivate audiences and motivate people to take action.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading commercial content including providing editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing community.
  • Lead and execute the development of cross channel marketing efforts to reach ROCKWOOL’s strategic targets.
  • Strengthen collaboration with communication and product marketing teams, regional marketing and sales to ensure deliverables meet goals, objectives and expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.


What you bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, English or related field.
  • 7+ years agency experience or in a similar role as a Content Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Native English or proficiency is a must.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
  • Work with internal and external partners to gain buy-in and drive initiatives through to execution.
  • Drive the implementation of global content across regions and Operating Companies
