Great when it works. But getting to be a hassle. As of Aug 13, 2024, this app crashes EVERYTIME I attempt to open it. Uninstall and reinstall do not resolve. Continues to crash, rendering COMPLETELY useless. When it did work (last month), app is decent overall. I can achieve pretty much 75-80% of what I need. If there's anything else major, I just call and talk to a rep. For now, please fix the app. It is COMPLETELY USELESS as it crashes 100% of the time. I'm on Samsung S24 Ultra.

I love T-mobile because I've had 8 devices on my plan for years now. However, the last 2-3 months my bill seems like it has doubled in price, when I have not changed anything on my plan. Additionally, I was interested in getting home internet. All of my neighbors at approximately a 2-mile radius have it (in which, 1 location in particular is a VERY remote area) but it's still saying it's unavailable in my location. I understand how the towers work so that excuse is irrelevant.

Tmobile is great but the app has been having issues lately. Whenever I click on a link in the app that requires me to sign in, like "Manage" or "shop", a blank white error page will come up, or it will constantly be refreshing after signing in and nothing else happens. It won't get past the blank page. Really hope this gets resolved soon because I can't even manage my account.
