bet365 Authenticator

The app will not even open and my phone suggests there is a bug with the app and I will have to wait for a fix and update from the developer. I am prevented from using bet365 because this app doesn't work; although my phone is set to precise location AND I am using wifi at a fixed address. I'm sure bet365 is losing out on thousands, if not millions, solely due to this app. Might be something to put on the to-do list.

Shameful product. One failure after another with this app. Time for new developers, you dummies. With the latest update the app says verification was successful, but my computer disagrees. The app runs in the background when it's not in use. It used 55% of my battery and had my phone overheating! What is your guys' problem? A bunch of muppets you have working there. Sack the whole lot of them! UNACCEPTABLE! I've reported this app, and requested it be removed from the Play Store.

The app opens for a split second then the screen turns black at its worse times, sometimes reinstalling works but it's a pain. Also the app has a hard time picking up the QR code and when it finally does I only have time to do 1 bet before having to redo the QR code.
