Don't waste your time. My wife hit big a few times, and hasn't been able to play since the last time she won. Every time she attempts to play she conviently can't be located. It's a complete scam. Every other app that uses our location has no issue. This one is the only one that doesn't work. Awfully big coincidence that the issues started after she one big for the second time.

It literally won't even open anymore... It doesn't even load up the log in screen or anything. It just automatically crashes and then crashes and then crashes again. There's no update for the app & uninstalling and re-installing didn't help. It's totally unusable... I don't understand why it just started to not work all of a sudden.

They try to delay/avoid payouts. I waited a few days for my last withdraw and contacted them when I didn't get paid. They requested bank statements and identification, which is strange because they had no problem taking my deposits. Once I argued with customer service about it being ridiculous to provide bank statements, they went ahead and approved my withdrawal. It took almost a week to finally get my money. Their strategy is to delay the pay long enough so that you cancel the withdrawal.
