The app is fine, until it bugs out. The problem is that it is required to connect to the internet, so if it fails, you're completely stuck. 3 stars because the Xfinity forums have identified this as a problem since 2020 and it has not been resolved. Not to mention, there's no one I can call during normal business hours with the authority/security clearance to make such a simple adjustment to my account -- switch from the inactive account, to the active account. Everything was fine until I moved

Not working Absolutely does not work like it's supposed to, I try to get help with my internet that was weak, going in & out ! On the app using the Xfinity assistant it was saying - cookies are too large or won't load - either way would not help. When using the app checking my speed, when using the app to check for outages in your area, before your speed, IT DOES NOT tell you there is an outage in your area? First thing this morning a text says -They fixed the problem in the AREA , REALLY ???

App is telling me to activate my modem and therfore not letting me control my network settings randomly after I have had service for months. No troubleshooting methods work including uninstall and reinstalling the app. I switched to a new phone S24 Ultra re-downloaded the app and the problem continues to persist. Terrible someone had the same issue and it was fixed by customer service however they cannot fix the issue for me even though it appears to be a common issue.
