So many marketing notifications that can't be turned off without turning off all notifications including security ones. This app has become more than annoying and no longer useful. Especially when I'm getting marking notifications multiple times a day, every day. When I see Experian pop up, I keep thinking it's a security notice. Now I have app notifications disabled but now if there's a security issue, I won't get notified.

Hi David. You can change this preference in the "My Account" section of your membership. You can also change this preference by choosing the unsubscribe button at the bottom of marketing emails. The unsubscribe button is never on the important membership emails. Membership alert emails cannot be stopped. -Katherine.

Decent app overall, but 3.5 years later, most of the same problems remain, particularly alerts that my FICO score has improved when, in fact, it remains unchanged. I get nearly constant alerts from the app, but when I log in, no new alerts are available, which is irritating at best. More choices of available actions from the app would be a welcome change. It would also be nice to have the option of leaving an explanatory statement from the app. Useful, but it needs substantial improvement.

Daily fake alerts and notifications. "Your credit score has improved!" "Your credit score is the highest it has been since you joined Experian! Open the app to find out more!" I see that more than once a week, and the score hasn't changed in weeks. Why are you clickbaiting me? Let me view historical scores on a graph that I can interact with. There's a graph, but clicking on points does nothing. No, I won't contact support. It's a flaw in your app, not my account. Do better. It's really annoying
