The mobile app won't open on my cell phone. I get the message the app has stopped. I tried customer service and got no help after being on the phone with them for almost an hour. The other thing is when I was talking with the sales rep she said I could get the eero app on my phone or lap top. Not true. I have to purchase either a new phone or a tablet. At least with my old cable service I could get help every time. I'm not sure the faster speed is worth the hassle. only the installer was great.

Internet was down, I used this app and It stated no outages, but an equipment failure needed a technician to come to the house. I could schedule an appt. and I went through the process. It asked for a contact phone number and I gave my correct number. The bot then stated that the phone number was not valid and I would not be getting any status texts. It never even confirmed the appt. I went onto the website. Appt. was shown but a random phone number was listed. I changed it. Now I get texts. šŸ˜

Worst experience I have had in a mobile app. I was working on troubleshooting a connection issue with a live (I know right?) Person in the chat when the app locked up and errored out. This was after trying the chat 3 or 4 times because I couldn't even get the send button to work. Was told to restart the ONT woth no real direction on how to do so other than unplug it. Well I go to open it and the clips start to break off. Now the box is flapping in the wind cause there is no way to secure it.
