Terrible app that restricts your account for anything you do, want to add a dollar? Restricted! Want to update your contact information? Restricted! Can't talk to a real person, reply emails to support bounce back. As soon as I can get my updated contact information cleared by their incompetent staff, that reject every verification document, and get restriction removed, I'm taking my 1 dollar balance and running.. I wouldn't trust these guys with any significant amount of money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Just became fully verified with"unlimited"access.. transferred $2k to my account and was instantly blocked from logging into account. Called customer service and resolved.. 2 hours later now I'm restricted total access from my account including any transfer in it out. So now I can't touch the 2 thousand dollars I put into the account. Absolutely ridiculous, Never putting my money here again, assuming I can even get it out..

I spent over a month trying to get the app to work properly. Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info.
