The app is as horrible as the service. I have yet to be able to reliably schedule even my first appointment. Sometimes it lets you schedule on the app, but then it just says no service has been scheduled. Attempting to communicate with their chat bot will sometimes confirm there is an appointment scheduled, but then guess what? Nobody showed up. Now they won't even let me cancel. Predatory company and botched app that is nauseatingly difficult to use.

Extremely slow app when it works, but I've generally experienced it just never loads anything. Some apps have amazing 3d graphics, tons of stuff going on, and connect you to other users live... Flawlessly. This app has to read a bit of text from a 'database' and fails to do that. If 100% believe that every API request is manually fulfilled by a single person.

Poorly designed app. I can't see what my $'s balances are after making a prepayment & when services are then rendered. I must call each time to find out bal remaining. You're developer should review & redesign this. I have both Lawn & the T&S & each should be handled separately, not just lumped together when 1 looks at their invoices. Not user friendly at. Plus it takes forever to load, just spins & spins, very slow. Also, agree with users below that's rated 1 or 2 stars. Just overall a bad app
