If you were curious what it would be like to use an app whose design imperative was "make it impossible to track applications or easy to communicate with care givers" - you should try out this app. Even give the Web or iOS version a try - they all have different functionality, show different information and generally make it impossible to manage a job posting effectively. It's been this way for 10 years and I see it continues now that I've come back to hire another role. God help me.

The app does pretty much everything I need it to, but it is annoyingly inefficient. It takes forever to move between screens or to load any information, to a point where I avoid a lot of communication or move it out of the app as quickly as possible. I'm pretty sure no one who is working on the product is actually using it themselves.

I really thought it couldn't get worse, but you vultures couldn't resist, could you? Egregious pricing tiers, obnoxious notifications that LITERALLY CAN'T BE TURNED OFF, completely broken UI and backend functionality (app crashes/freezes ALL THE TIME), and the evergreen ransoming of contact info for fear of the Care crew losing their percentage. Absolutely sickening how predatory and transparently cash-grabby this app is. As a disabled person looking for help, y'all are the scum of the Earth.
