It used to be better before the bad UI redesign. I like some of the new features, but it seems to work slower, and also the quickview for balance is gone/non-functional. You used to be able to tap and hold on the home screen to view balance, but it doesnt work anymore. Idk why you'd take this away. It was a very handy feature to be able to quickly see balance. Please bring this back. Also, the forced update messages are annoying,half the updates are problematic,so if one's stable, let me keep it

Terrible since the last few updates. Sick and tired of the random 2 step verification with no way to disable. Hangs up more often than not when trying to view transactions. Used to be good. Not anymore. You people need to fix it. Update: Still worthless since you don't even have the decency to add a button for disabling that damn 2 step verification. And the fact that it's intermittent is just a slap in the face. Fix this junk. Edit: After last update, still trash due to 2 step being reinstated

2020 This app is constantly crashing and not working. Its extremely annoying. The ATM in my area does the same thing. I'm probably gonna change banks in the next month. It's now 8/8/24 and the app is still buggy. It asks for SSN and Bday to reset but you can't type the whole thing. Some of the pertinent features like fraud reporting are not available in the app...this is very inconvenient...still 1 star.
