Major bug recently: the button that starts a job, or saves schedule/favorite, is completely off the bottom of the screen that lets you pick rooms etc for the job/schedule/favorite. So can't start job, and given we just reset the map (because it'd become complete nonsense recently, adding big triangles of non-existent areas), we can't use the vacuum at all (can't start the mapping job.)

This is a horrible app... it loses its connection after every time I use it. The wireless signal is good and is about 10 feet away. None of my other devices have a problem. I reboot it and reconnect it and sometimes it doesn't even work after that. I like the functionality, but would never recommend because of the network connectivity issues

When it works it's okay. It doesn't pick up in corners and does a very light job. It still turns on about 30% after an update, so I'm grateful for that. Customer support rates the same. When I registered the app and the device I provided all the purchase information and I'm pretty sure I scanned a copy of the receipt. But customer support wants the receipt info before helping out or replacing a defective product. I'm pretty sure that's why it has a serial number on it.
