What a bunch of promotional hype for everything you do not need. Took ten minutes and could not find out how to purchase an upgraded international plan while traveling. Furthermore, you have to opt in to their marketing programs in order for the app to do nothing but promote more deals with their partners. Useless. I am thinking of changing back to my old provider now.

Constant ads from google, T=mobile is not helping, need to change carriers? On 9-5-24, My mapping app for Google was in Antarctica & could not be reset by restarts or otherwise. I was trying to use it for my way home from Austin to Ft. WORTH. NO HELP AND FRUSTRATED! My hands free is useless at times as it hangs up & difficulty to regain my contact.

There is a built-in function on my phone, an app called AppSelector, powered by T-Mobile. Every time I must update my device, T-Mobile either non-consensually installs games on my phone, or I am put through an "upgrade process" that is six or more pages long where I have to deselect three to four apps on each page, or else they will be installed onto my phone. I thought the point of having a device was to make these small choices yourself. There's already enough control, I think.
