Terrible online customer service. IF you place an order you can't cancel it because they have an incompetent system and agents. I had 2 duplicate orders and 5 mins after orders were placed I reached out to customer service via phone call and text. Was told order couldn't be canceled. Now I have 2 duplicate orders . The app glitched and processed first order while I was still adding to my cart. I didn't know. When I went back into my cart, items were gone so I reordered. I'm livid!

I would absolutely love the app if it didn't constantly freeze on me and shut down my whole phone. I always have a hard time just trying to look through and place my online order, after about 5 mins of being on the app it freezes, then I can't even get out of it at all. I have to wait a while then when i can, finally shut down my phone and restart it. By that point I'm afraid to go back in the app again. I really wish they would fix the problem. This is the only app I have this problem with.

used this app for years. had no problem with it. NOW I can't order anything from it! My payments won't go through. I've tried multiple forms of payment, credit, debit, PayPal (yes they are all good! They work with EVERY OTHER site) and Ulta gives me an error. Even created a new log in, still doesn't work. Called multiple times and customer support says they will get back to me with progress but NEVER have. Ready to give up and use the Sephora app for prestige and my grocery app for drugstore....
