This app is horrible! It's SO FREAKIN' SLOW, even with the latest updates! When trying to navigate between shop pages, use the search function to find a particular item in the shop, in the shopping cart when trying to adjust the quantities of items or remove items from your cart, when trying to apply coupon codes... I've literally been trying to finalize my selections and checkout for HOURS, and haven't been able to do so thus far. And this is not the first time I've had this experience.

So frustrating that such a large company can't design a better more user friendly app 😕. No matter how many times I input my preferred store the app always changes it to a different store and rarely allows me to change it back to the correct location. When I select the "your store" option 9/10 times it just spins 😒. If you shop on a page for more than a few minutes the page goes completely blank And you have to exit the app and start all over. This has been an ongoing problem for at least 1yr

This app is horrible. Doesn't refresh if moving from Shop to Account or Home, which means you have to shut it down and restart over and over. Links in Offers result in an 'Oops error message' that never resolves itself. Updating your cart causes it to spin. Try something.... then wait. If you click on anything before it's done, you remove things from your cart you didn't want removed. The app needs serious work!! For real
