You guys need to get rid of the auto zoom for scanning. It has made scanning tickets impossible. Get rid of the feature or give an option to turn it off. And I will give you 5 stars. Until then the app is broken and useless. Man I hate this app now. Just revert back to 6 months ago and NEVER MESS WITH IT AGAIN!! DO NOT ADD USELESS FEATURES LIKE ZOOM!!!

Impossible to use. Auto zoom functionality is broken. Auto scan is broken. Focus is broken. Even basic lines of code are broken. Unsure how and why this was passed by QC and released to the BC population. IMO whoever bid and won the development of this app pocketed 90% of tax payers money, and whipped up a failure app on pennies. Its clear as day.

Hi I have installed BCLC lotto app. During the installation, I have not selected over 19 for age by mistake, and the purchasing part is blured and disabled . Unfortunately, even after deleting data, clearing cash, uninstalling , and reinstalling, the app setting remains with the same conditions and does not allow me to buy a ticket ! what is the problem !? What is the solution ?
