This app is everything a client needs except scheduling for visiting. The chat with the expert feature is not working, and sometimes your request for chat declines !!! Overall, it is an excellent app, I can't give it less than 5 stars. However, still need improvement.Thank you

Great App to find available properties and very easy to use. However, when it comes to arranging viewings for the homes it's next to impossible. I have reached out to schedule viewings for numerous properties and am still waiting for a response over two weeks later. So, great for seeing what's out there but I definitely would suggest having your own realtor connect with the properties and arrange viewings.

Hi Melissa, we found details of our interactions with you in our database and it seemed like 2 of our realtors tried reaching out to you for a few months at various times and were unable to connect with you for your rental requirements. It's unfortunate we could not establish a connection. We hope the app helped you with your home search!

Requires too much information (phone#, email) when only one of those is necessary if at all.. Also, very misleading. No where in the app or the google play description does it say it only lists properties in a very small area of Canada is of no use to those of us do not live in Markham. Why is that extremely relevant information with held? Probably because the developer is simply a reseller of phone#s & emails. Not impressed, very trollish.

In this update, weโve added sorting options for similar sold/leased properties and similar properties, improved the display of distances from schools to property listings, and enhanced the appโs UI for a smoother experience.
