Explore other pre-cruise deals in the arcade, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.

As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.
To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.
Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. Track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

Serious issues with delivery & notification of messages. Since it is the only way to communicate with your group on board, it is pretty essential that this feature works. Also, couldn't book excursions or reservations in the app, but it was clear that was supposed to function. I was connected to the wifi (with a package) the whole time, so that wasn't the problem. Our whole group got frustrated with it.

The app is very easy to navigate. It is the only way to communicate with family members while on the ship. It is loaded with all activities, shows, and menus. It sends notifications so you don't forget your plans. The only downside, it doesn't stay connected as you move around the ship. I was always reconnecting my service to the free wifi, even if I chose "stay connected " in my settings.

works when it wants to,customer service doesn't have a clue. When loading in, it just loads a blank screen 90% of the time I have to close and open it multiple times. Does the same thing on my wife's phone. Trying to make purchases it always says something is wrong on our end. Then I have to go to a computer to make those purchases. Outsourced customer service is useless and are little to no help at all. One recommendation for an add-on. Would be to have an actual countdown on the app.

What's new
With this release, we enhanced the experience for cobrand cardholders and enriched the Loyalty Hub with cruise nights and sailing history data. We also improved the app's speed and usability, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.
