More often than not, there is an issue when I play content from this app, either streaming to my TV or directly from the Google TV app. The yellow loading circle often stays throughout streaming, and often the sound is doubled-up, like it's playing audio from two different sections of the same episode. Annoying, but solved by turning it off and on again (sometimes multiple times).

App won't work on Samsung S7 phone. Works fine on Motorola & Chromecast. App keeps closing, won't open, so the only way I can use it is via the browser. NOT USING A VPN. The SBS ads are driving me nuts! 90 seconds of ads every 10 minutes is ridiculous!! Please reduce them and change them. I'm bored with it all and really frustrated! e.g I just want to zip back to a previous episode I've watched to check something and I've got to watch the same ads all over again Plus 4 ads per 40 min episode!

Hi Steph, The service supports ads.What titles are you watching? Are you casting? You'll be served with ads if it's a new session. We're set up to present up to 5mins of ads per hr. This is not what youre seeing? We need to check the videos. And this is using the website?

App keeps crashing every time a try to start watching a movie, any movie. Android 10 Samsung S9 Plus Simply trying to watch a show any show, on my phone, nothing fancy. For example Vienna Blood. It lists the episodes, I select one, the sbs logo appears, then it just returns to the list. Try again and the Android message appears regarding the app crashing.

Sorry for the trouble Mark but we need detail about what you're experiencing. Are you casting ? Are you using a VPN or do you use an ad blocker? Are they limited to movies because that's all you're trying to play?
