Turned to garbage - go elsewhere (Aus review) The app used to be great. Everything would be tracked and available. But slowly I noticed certain vendors declining my credits. So I started taking photos and recording videos of my purchases. Still I got declines.... And despite sending proof to shopback, I was told I didn't use the right method or I did something wrong. Yep sure, been on the app for 5+ years and all of a sudden I'm not doing the right thing? Please, don't insult my intelligence.

One of the worst payment apps i have used in a while, firstly, competition to gain users cashbacks are all fake and do not work, they will cancel your payment history or say that it is fully redeemed even if you join the competition on the first day, and it took half a year for them to get back to me and i didn't get back my money. Unbelievable, customer service is trash, cashback is only a few cents, please do not download, its unbearable really. What a waste of my time and my effort, shitback.

It's basically a coin toss if the links work and register with the app. Shopback can then say "you didn't purchase through our app" and refuse to credit you. Shopback also don't have access to their partners records so if one of the stores refuses to play ball with a transaction there is nothing they can do so yet again... You get no credit. It's a joke of an app. DO NOT USE.
