One of the worst service and ISP that I ever used as a foreigner. My balance are keep losing without my concern and the support service that provide in this app useless and outdated. So much waste of times for waiting and mostly session are expired. If you buy SIM from airport beware of buying it. The connection are bad. Everything is bad.

When choosing between AIS and True, I would definitely go for the former one. True needs to improve both the quality of the Internet and the quality of its service centres.

Very bad UX. App UI is very confusing. Cannot contact customer service. Balance is deducted automatically without buying anything. Not suitable for foreigner.
