The latest update when sign in , a popup come up from Google asks if I want to sign in another way or use is a pass key from a different device?!. This never happened when the apps previous version. Please fix this. This is not an account issue, it's an app issue because prior to the latest update everything worked as it should have. You guys implemented an unnecessary Google security feature that disabled Samsung fingerprint security to login to the app. Everyone doesn't use Google passkey.

Encountering difficulties with biometric sign in can be alarming. It would be best to check the device settings as well as the Biometric Authentication FAQ https://www.wellsfargo.com/help/security-and-fraud/biometric-faqs/. The app works great for making mortgage payments and keeping tabs on my checking account, I get notices & updates on the things i like to control & monitor daily. It is super convenient for checking account balances anytime of day or night with realtime transaction information on all completed treansactions as well as those still pending... No complaints A+..

Have been locked out of the app for 2 weeks now. Changing my password does not work. Just says that it does not recognize user/password. This has been extremely frustrating. Edit, I have not been able to access mt account through the app for over 1 year now. I can access it through the web browser. Pretty disappointing. I rarely use the card due to this.
