First time at this location, it was pretty disappointing thanks Vanessa C! It was during happy hour (2:45pm) not really busy about 15 people in entire place. Ordered 2 appetizers, 4 drinks and a single stack burger. The drinks came out quickly took another 10 minutes for appetizers and a whopping 35 minutes for a burger. Alan the manager was no better, also saw staff braiding another's hair in the dining area guess that's pretty santintary for a restaurant what's a little bacteria...yuck!

chips and queso came out after meal. we had to a ask for it. my baked potato was hard as a rock when it came out. had to ask for replacement. after getting replacement, a few minutes later.watress came back with empty plate and i had to pick up a buttery / sour cream potato and put it on plate for here to take back!!!!! a manager never came with all these issues. i come here almost every Sunday. might rethink this going forward!!! worst experience i have had!!!!!!!

picked up a "To Go" order tonight and right from the beginning it started off bad. tried to call in but the number rang to someone's personal line. none of the 5 meals we got were very good. the chop salad had very little toppings, everyone's fries were WAY under cooked, the chicken tasted funny as did a lot of sausage in the gumbo. Willie's is normally pretty spot on but not tonight. Unfortunately patrons always get short-shifted with to-go orders at any restaurant, not just Willie's.
