Xfinity is awful. Getting to talk to an agent is near impossible. To get to tech support, not only do you have to navigate through a sea of prompts, but you also have to perform tracked technical exercises prior to talking to basic tech support. Even though you had already performed the basic troubleshooting prior to calling. At least 3 times a week, they go down at night to perform maintenance. I'm considering changing to fiber optic, which another company is offering for half the price.

Without notification the app needed to be updated. None of the history for the devices were correct when I tried to select a device. I tried for all and there was no app downloaded. I also tried to manage users on the account by logging in with my PC and that got me nowhere. And then I got a notice about this review. I clicked on the link and it was bogus. It would be great if they could call me like I requested.

This new app is completely unusable. Sends me into an endless 2 step verification loop that just reroutes back to the sign-in screen every time. Yes, it's updated. Complete trash. Update: Can't sign in on the website on any browser either. Enter code from two-step verification, & it reroutes to login screen every time. Comcast is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to have an account with. No option to switch.
