it just takes me around in circles I just want to set up roaming data. I cannot keeps sending emails. then it asks me to log in again. then it sends an email. then it asks me to log in again. am ready to throw phone out of window. Not sure what I am giving one star to. But all services equally terrible. Not sure if it is app or website. both seem equally useless.

Pretty confusing / unintuitive UI that seems to be part app, part website link collection. Hard to use the messaging system and almost impossible to usefully navigate for any clear outcome. Needs some serious redesign based on user journeys, use cases of real customer value rather than disparate / disjointed inch-pebble stories

I'm hopelessly confused by the auto-topup functionality. its tickbox was apparently cleared by by somebody or something at Spark last month, so I re-enabled it after getting a txt notification of a lack of credit in my acc it's still. not keeping me out of the "penalty zone" where Spark imposes high charges on prepay customers without an active plan, nevermind that it too is on auto renew. now lost in a webmaze that seems designed to make it difficult to find a chat affordance or a phone number.
