About the author
David Colburn is a computer programmer and lifelong Celtics fan. He is what would be considered a sports statistics and information "nut." Since 2002, he has meticulously maintained his website, celticstats.com, which is home to a staggering amount of data on Celtics players, coaches and seasons. In his spare time, he plays Ultimate Frisbee around New England and follows his other favorite teams. Additionally, this Vermont native has recently relocated to Massachusetts in order to catch the action live at the TD Garden.
