Love the show, Seth & Josh! It really puts my wife & me into a memory vortex that is so much fun!
Couple things…
We frequently have really really nerdy questions, like: what was the title of the original song that Simon Rex’s song was based on (I can usually come up with them, but Emerson, Lake & Palmer’s “Lucky Man” keeps interfering…) - so, is there a webpage with that sort of show trivia?
Also - we wish we knew who sings the podcast theme song, and could be reminded of it every week…

I’ve been a super fan of this podcast since the beginning and the best episodes are the ones that feature people you (Seth and Josh) know who understand what the theme of the podcast is and have stories to tell (unlike Sarah Silverman, cough cough). When you start bringing people who are clearly there to cater to your interests (sorry, Boyd Martin) or are promoting their latest project (did Simon Rex get the title wrong and think this was a podcast about why people like to travel?), it falls flat. Listener episodes are phenomenal, too! Because we have a lot of family trip stories!
Burning down the ranch!!
I love the banter, the jokes, the gentle treatment of childhood trauma on trips, the post show songs and all of this culminates perfectly in Paul Scheer’s episode. Family Trips is always my comfort listen. Thanks Meyers brothers!
