My name is Laura, I am French, passionate about languages, cultural exchanges and travels. After finishing my studies at the University in France, I went to live in Ireland and Germany, in order to improve my English and German. I then traveled in South America where I learned Spanish and Portuguese. And since last year, I have been traveling around Europe with my minivan, where I have the pleasure of regularly talking in all these languages regularly. I would like to take advantage of this cultural and linguistic exchange to teach my mother tongue, French!

According to my personal experience, the most effective way to learn a foreign language is by regularly speaking the language. Indeed, it is through daily practice that I have made the most significant progress in English, German and Spanish.

I would therefore like to help you to improve your skills in French by offering you conversational classes, where we will converse in French as much as possible (but depending on your level and if you wish, I can sometimes speak to you in English, German or Spanish to explain certain points).

We will discuss a variety of topics (e.g. preparing for a job interview, French culture, sports, art, travel, social or historical topics, current events, daily life, etc.), to help you improve your pronunciation, expand your vocabulary, and strengthen your confidence in French. If you wish to go further, I will be happy to help you with grammar and conjugation rules, to share various learning contents, and to tell you about the culture of my country!

During the first class, we will review your level and discuss your expectations and needs. I will adapt and personalise my classes for you, depending on your motivation and the time you are willing to invest in your practice. We will choose together the different topics to cover each class, to make sure you get the most benefit from our exchange.
