Hii, I am Ivan. I am currently a Mechanical Engineering student. Even though I am still a university student currently, I am also on the hunt for more knowledge in Physics, Math, Programming and Music.

I have 2 years of teaching experience as a home/online tutor.

However, I would like to concentrate on teaching Chinese through Preply.

Nevertheless, allow me to share my teaching experience. I taught English, Chinese, Malay, Math, Science and Piano. At the same time, I am also self-honing my programming skills. Thus, I might be able to answer your programming questions if you have any : )

I scored full As for my high school subjects, as well as full As for Academic English, Physics, and Math in my Foundation In Science Course (A-Level equivalent). For music aspect, I attained Grade 8 ABRSM piano and Grade 6 piano AXC from Yamaha Course.

Under my guidance, my student managed to attain first place in two public speaking competitions and the 3rd place in two international piano competitions.

I prefer constant sharing and exchange of thoughts during the process of teaching. I believe it's not only for me to capture your understanding, but it's also a way to ensure my deliverance is well-paced and easily understandable for you.

There are, of course, situations where I might not be able to answer your questions. In this case, I will be frank with you and do my best to get back to your enquiries as soon as possible after researching.
