About me

Hi, I'm Ben and I'm from Brighton, UK. I'm a TEFL certified English teacher who has experience teaching online and in person in Hungary. I've also lived and worked in France and the USA.

As someone who loves languages, I understand the struggles students have learning English and I believe that lessons should be fun and work to improve your confidence and speaking ability.

My lessons focus on communication and interaction. I use activities such as role plays, games, debates and presentations to engage students in meaningful language use. I don't waste time on useless exercises or complicated grammar explanations, instead I prioritise speaking and learning English that is relevant to students' lives and goals.
