Hi! My name is George.

I live in Moldova and enjoy teaching people from different countries via this platform. I have been collaborating with preply.com since September 2017. I’ve been teaching guitar since 2014 and both Russian and Romanian since 2017.

I offer 3 types of lessons:

1) Guitar lessons: Classical or fingerstyle. For beginners, I will teach you to sing simple songs and play simple chords. If you are an intermediate student I will help you to make your own arrangement. With my help, you will sound better and will enjoy guitar playing. Music theory is fun and simple. Learn it with me. And you will understand many important things in the pieces you learn.

- Note reading and fingerboard

- Short basic pieces

- Technical exercises

- Practicing scales

- Basic, intermediate and advanced chords

- Classical studies and beautiful well-known pieces.

- Travis-picking (or boom-chick), fingerstyle basics, and practicing amazing arrangements

2) Russian language lessons: I’m very motivated in teaching you my mother tongue. Lessons include;

-alphabet

-numbers

-speaking

-grammar

-pronunciation

-reading Cyrillic, and understanding

-nouns and declensions

-verbs and conjugation

I explain the Russian cases in a way that is easy to understand.

I`ve been teaching Russian on this platform since 2017.

3) Romanian language lessons: I live in Moldova, a country that is bilingual in both Russian and Romanian.

Language Study Program includes learning

- the Alphabet.

-Diphthongs

-Numbers

-Common phrases and situations -Nouns (how to make the difference between singular and plural forms, feminine, masculine and neuter forms)

-Verb conjugation

-Present, Future, and Past Tenses

- Reading

-Writing letters using the vocabulary studied in each lesson

-Listening and comprehension

-Study the patterns to

understand the logic of constructing sentences

-Using auxiliary mobile applications for studying the language

I`ve been teaching Romanian on this platform since 2017.

About me

I graduated from the Economic College in Moldova. I have both an economist and an accounting degree. I also excelled with high grades in Russian grammar and literature courses. I have been writing articles for a variety of websites since 2009. I’m also a music teacher. I am a professional guitarist. (4 years of teaching experience and 16 years of playing experience)

Motivation

I promise you, you’ll be speaking Russian and/or Romanian from our first lesson. I will immerse you in speaking dialogues in Russian and in Romanian in everyday typical situations like going to the restaurant, at the office, and visiting new places in Russian or Romanian-speaking countries.
