About me

Hello, My name is Kotone, I am from Tokyo. Now I live in Stockholm. I studied Art University in Prague three years. At that time, I had the experience to teach Japanese for high school students. I love traveling, art cultures and I am interested in many topics!! I am looking forward to talk to you !!

I have 1.5 years individualized teaching experience.

When I was in Czech, I taught Japanese to 3 teenager students. They were just starting to learn Japanese. I am totally alright to teach Japanese to beginners as well.

Kotone is very patient and understanding, even when I can't remember the same thing again haha:D Her english is really well so its easier to explain the things that I can't get right. She teaches in a fun way, with speed adjusted to the student :D I really recommend <3🪼

Kotone Sensei is very encouraging and patient. Japanese doesn’t come naturally to me even when I try hard but she makes me comfortable trying. Also, she is able to explain subtleties in English about Japanese that are really insightful. Stuff you don’t get in apps! Would definitely recommend.

Kotone sensei is a great tutor who teaches Japanese in a fun and practical way, which caters well to my goal of improving daily conversational Japanese. Also as she can speak English well, it is very effective for her to explain new words / concepts when needed.
