Hi. My name is Anna.

I am a professional teacher. I am teacher of English and Hungarian languages.
And I can teach the Bible.
For me teaching is not only work. I love to teach, I feel joy when the student is able to speak the language. With all my heart I teach my students.
I have a university degree (Neumann Janos University Hungary) as a teacher and I have 20 years experience of teaching.
I have been working as a teacher in different schools, and also in the University, and I worked as an indipentent teacher as well.
-I was teaching groups (foreigners, such as from America, from China, from Iran, from Egypt, from Germany, from France...)
-teaching individuals, private lessons
-teaching all ages: little children, teenagers, adults, older people, and patiently teach all different characters
-teaching very practically, focusing on communication, dialogues, questions, introductions, exam topics
-teaching with many different materials: songs, games, cards, texts, listening, sentences...
I give my students chance to talk during the lessons, to ask questions, to discuss topics, to practice all what they know.

I found Anna on Preply after trying to learn Hungarian on Duolingo by myself for a few months. I was frustrated with my progress and wasn't really understanding the structure of the language through my practice with Duo. Anna didn't miss a beat and was able to help me create more understanding with what I was already learning & help solidify my foundational understanding of the Hungarian language (and Hungarian culture). I've been studying this language for about a year now, and meeting with Anna as often as possible is a huge help in my learning process! She's patient, encouraging, and offers great homework assignments too.

My specialties
I use short sentences, listening, pictures, dialogues, situations to help my students who are beginner. We will study numbers, colors, basic verbs...
Through situations I teach Hungarian language quickly and easily. My students always like my lessons when we focus on conversations. After few weeks they indeed can speak Hungarian.
In intensive Hungarian as the student need we will learn often, like every day and learn all the grammar and conversations in an intensive time set.

At the University I studied Hungarian Literature and I am passionate about it. If you like books, would like to go a deeper level with Hungarian, and discover the beauty of Hungarian literature which expresses love, compassion, war, pain, then we would pick up a book and read and discuss together.
