I love learning from Heeone. I have been a student of hers since December 2019. I wanted to learn Korea both to speak & read. We are using the Sogang books. I am +60 years old, so it takes a while to grasp, but once I get it, I get it. Heeone has excellent English skills and shares a lot of Korean culture. I have a trip to Korea in 2024 or 2025. So I know I will be ready.

Heeone is a fantastic teacher. She has a high quality curriculum that she teaches from and works with you to cater pacing to your needs while still pushing to help you learn as much as possible. In a lesson you will have conversational practice, reading practice and tons of opportunities to practice the grammar and vocabulary that you are learning.

A brilliant teacher. really helpful. very friendly and would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn Korean. Shes also very well organised and has an excellent lesson plan and layout to help you progress.

Heeone is a great tutor! I've only had about 7 lessons with her and I can see how much progress I've made. Before having her as my tutor I could barely grasp the idea of learning a new language in the hopes of becoming proficient at it, but I can see that with Heeone it is certain that I will get there. She is very patient and explains things clearly. I highly recommend Heeone for tutoring

Heeone is a brilliant tutor, who’ll push you but is very patient at the same time! I’d recommend anyone, who is serious about learning Korean, to schedule a lesson with Heeone! She perfectly explains all the grammatical rules and also adjusts the class to your personal needs. There’s also quite a lot of homework, which is great, cause you’ll have to work hard, but this will lead to results! We’re on the fifth class right now and I can already see some progress in my Korean! I’m definitely going to continue!

Heeone is an amazing tutor, tailoring her lessons to the student's ability and working through difficult grammar with easy to understand explanations. She is always on time and gives great feedback for homework and vocabulary to help build linguistic confidence. I highly recommend Heeone for anyone looking to study Korean at any level.
