Viktoryia Kazlouskaya, MD, PhD, is board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology by the American Board of Dermatology. She practices at University of Pittsburgh Physicians, Department of Dermatology Dermopathology Lab and is affiliated with UPMC Shadyside and UPMC Presbyterian. Dr. Kazlouskaya completed her medical degree and residency at Vitebsk State Medical University, followed by a residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and a fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
