LILI&VAVA Decorative Art Lab - online gallery and laboratory aimed at promotion of decorative art. The laboratory worked with young Russian artists and held a number of pop up exhibitions over 2021 in Moscow.

Responsibilities:

- As the founder I created concept of the project (online and offline gallery promoting works of young artists working with decorative art: ceramics, fiber art, glass art, metalwork), developed branding, website and social media (together with a branding agency), and selected artists representing different spheres of decorative art;
- Turn-key exhibition set-up for the project (created concept, selected works of art, chose exhibition space, prepared all necessary documents and exhibition materials with copywriter, designer and photographer, managed logistics and installation, created special event program for each exhibition): group exhibition in pop up gallery space (January-March, 2022), “6 Rooms. Managed a number of projects in interior design and fine art for private clients:

- Interior design of a private house in Moscow: managed the schedule of the project and the process of construction on the side of interior designer, control of the custom-made furniture production with the manufacture company, coordination of all parties on construction site;

In this role I managed the daily operations of the CEO’s office and coordinated work of office assistants and travel managers.

My daily work included:
- constant communication with the CEO and top management team to coordinate the key projects of the fund,
- support of communication between CEO and partners of the fund,
- business meetings set-up and daily task management.

Gett is a technology platform focused on corporate Ground Transportation Management.

Responsibilities:

- Control of CEO’s instructions execution by top-management team of the company;
- Supporting key business projects for Russian subsidiary;
- Preparing monthly reports for for investors and shareholders;
- BoD meetings organisation, preparing BoD meetings presentations and other materials.
