The Postgraduate Course in "Coaching and Mentoring: Development of Human Potential" aims to create professionals able to work with individuals, groups and organizations to promote the optimization of performance in different areas and contexts of action.

The Course deepens knowledge related to the psychological and social processes that support significant changes in attitudes and behaviors, focusing mainly on the dynamics of personal motivation and positive human development.

This knowledge is articulated with the principles, models and techniques of coaching and mentoring, with its practical and effective application in socio-professional, family and personal life.

The training takes place over a semester on an after-work basis and has a multidisciplinary teaching staff, specialized in Psychology, Education and Management.

Course of 10 days at "Ural Federal University" in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
Total working hours 30,5h to give students knowledge about innovations on: Innovations Industries, Manager's View on Information Security, Innovation System, Global Business, Research of Nano-objects, Electrochemistry and Ecology of Galvanic Production, Management.
