What are you really trying to achieve ask yourself this first. If you are not sharing value then don’t expected to be listened to. Experiment, don’t lose hope if things are not working. You have to find your style and then work at it more. Never put something out there if you don’t feel it and I mean feel it. Like, share and comment on posts you find interesting. Give people a reason to help and promote your brand.

Expose yourself to a variety of experiences, cultures, and disciplines. This broadens your thinking and introduces new ways of looking at problems. Believe in your ability to develop and grow. View challenges as opportunities. Sometimes, stepping away from a problem and engaging in unrelated activities can lead to sudden insights and solutions. The incubation period is a real phenomenon in the creative process. Be willing to take risks and fail. Failure is often a stepping stone to innovation, providing valuable lessons and insights that can lead to a successful outcome. Believe in your creative abilities. Confidence encourages you to take the necessary risks for innovation and to persevere through challenges.

First thing is to step back for a few seconds, understand the situation, why is this a crisis? After this you should have a better understanding of how to deal with this situation. Make sure you are the one that puts this right, lead from the front as soon as it can possibly be done. Show your professionalism at all time, on top you will be a graceful swan below you will be the powerhouse. Keep the client updated at all times. Always focus on the positives! Find the solution!

In any partnership there needs to be chemistry, knowledge transfer, great communication and areas of expertise that are clearly defined.

It like being parents, it's a continual process. We always need to encourage, support and more importantly be great role models. We always find those that are super critical but never actually do anything, your competitive edge is to be a leader and solve these issues, people will follow. Listening is crucial you just never know what you will learn. Dont hide any mistakes in this journey, let people learn from them.
